As the upcoming holiday season approaches, we at Empire Casting House would like to inform you about our operating hours and production schedule. We have made the necessary arrangements to continue providing seamless service and to meet the expectations of our esteemed customers during this period.
Our Holiday Closure Dates:
- Our Showroom: Will be closed starting from June 25th at 5:00 PM.
- Our Factory: Will be closed starting from June 27th at 5:00 PM.
Following the holiday, all our departments will reopen and be back to serve you on Monday, July 7th, at 09:00 AM.
Important Information Regarding Orders and Production Schedule:
To ensure your finished orders are completed before the holiday, we would like to remind you of our final order date:
- The last day to place finish piece orders for model completion is Wednesday, June 18th, at 5:00 PM.
Orders placed after this date will be processed after the holiday, starting from July 7th.
Uninterrupted Access:
While our physical showroom and factory will be closed during the holiday period, we will continue to provide you with uninterrupted service. Our website will remain accessible 24/7 for checking pricing, product availability, and placing pre-orders. If you have any inquiries or wish to plan for future projects during the holiday, our website is always at your service!
All production and order processing will resume as usual starting from July 7th.
Even though we will be taking a short break to rest and rejuvenate during this holiday period, our commitment to providing the highest quality service and products remains unchanged.
